Elvis Week 2 Day 2

That's nine days for all you fools with zero math skills.

Slept in, skipped breakfast. Sux. Was starving by 11am.
Went to Cypriana (Greek Cafe in the Sun Trust Building). So yummy. Falafel over Greek Salad. Super filling. I think that falafel and edamame could sustain me for the rest of the month.

Dinner consisted of Alfredo Sauce over Penne with broccoli.

So...I never really went into any changes in the old body with all of you.

Let's recap...

1) Dropped 4 lbs in week one. Yup. 4 pounds. Not sure if it is not hitting the bars and drinking less, or the diet. But who cares. I'll take it.

2) I get more full faster. Thus I eat until full and then I am done. But since I get full faster, I eat less.

3) I am more gassy. Sorry but the truth is the truth. Flatulance is more frequent, but I am very considerate about it and do not crop dust co-workers or friends.

4) The Steelers beat the Chargers. That really has nothing to do with my body but it sure feels good to say.

I truly would love meal and recipe ideas, so people please contribute to this blog. Comments are welcome.

Christine and I are not doing this for ourselves....people we are doing this for YOUR ENTERTAINMENT!!!!!

Can I tell you all how excited I am to eat chicken wings during the Super Bowl?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!!?
