Breakfast - Egg Salad Sandwich
Dinner - mac n' cheese and popcorn. I haven't mentioned the popcorn, but I have been snacking on it as well for a few days. It is 3 different kinds:white cheddar, buttered, caremel. It was brought back by Kevin and Angie from OC, MD as a gift for dog sitting.
Dessert - Miller Lite after broomball and 5 potato chips.
I really wanted to stop by Burger King on the way home and crush a BK Fish sandwich, but I held off.
Lb's lost 3. I thought I gained weight, but I was just retaining water. (What a relief.) Also, people look at you funny when you mention you are not eating meat for a month. They ask if it is for health reasons. Funny.
