Breakfast- 2 eggs over easy. Yes Matt, I broke one of the yolks. It was still edible and delicious.
Lunch - egg salad sandwich from Big Jim's (same as yesterday), potato salad, Berger cookie. I had lunch with an architecture firm.
HH - Woodchuck Cider Beer, Hoegarrden Beer x2
Dinner - Nibbled at Wine Night. Not a lot of meat dishes were even brought. I brought a veggie/spinach dip with organic crackers. One glass of Shiraz.
Polar Bear Plunge Day is tomorrow. If I would have gotten my lazy azz on a treadmill or something, I may be down more than 3 lbs and look better in my suit. C'est La Vie.
