Day 3 brought the same for breakfast, scrambled organic eggs. I love them and I don't mind paying over 4$ a dozen when I eat them every day.
I didn't eat until later in the day when my roommate, Olivia, offered me a few potato chips. I made sure they were fried in vegetable oil (and they were) before I indulged. As a snack before dinner, I crushed a can of black olives. High in sodium, higher in yummie-ness. Dinner, as promised, was eggplant parm subs. (Home made) It was good, not great like Trattoria. Matt had some, but didn't finish because there was a small piece that didn't have cheese on it. What do you expect from him?
I can't show the resolve of Elvis and abstain from fish throughout this process, but so far, so good. I don't have the shakes because of my meat withdrawal, but I have noticed that I am much more obedient to Matt's orders. Seriously, I still have not had any issues. I haven't weighed in either, but it should be interesting to see if there is any change. It does help documenting everything you eat.

Once you two have this vegetarian thing down, I'd suggest supplementing it with this.
