I ate breakfast at Metro with Olivia. I ordered the Greek Omelet. It had olives, spinach, red peppers, and feta cheese.
Later I had a few pieces of American cheese as a snack.
I went out to dinner with Allison and had sushi, not all veggie rolls. I knew it was going to happen. I had miso soup and some edamame to start. The rolls were too powerful. I knew it was going to happen, but I have not made a habit of it. I still have some leftover, so look for me to consume fish again. The rolls were all different, but they included shrimp, tuna, crab, salmon. There was some avocado, which I love.
Side note: I may have lost 2 lbs so far. I was on the scale at a Dr.'s visit last week and was down 2. I am not weighing myself on a regular basis. I will check it occasionally, but I will give a final update at the end.
