This is an image of one of Christine's dishes. I invited her and a group of friends to a local Korean restaurant for some Korean BBQ. I told Christine that it would be okay to 'cheat' and I wouldn't hold it against her, but she resisted and we were able to find several other dishes that would satisfy any vegetarian.
P.S. I invited the other party (Elvis) to this challenge, but he declined. He preferred to stay home with wifey and watch basketball between their respective schools. How lame is that? Hhhmmmm. Ethnic food with friends or stay at home to watch an early season bbball game? Yeah, I'm sure he made the right call.
