So Day 1 begins...well actually the FOURTH day one as I was originally going to start my little experiment on Jan 1 of '09.
So, I truly can't believe I am doing this. Not because I have an issue with the lifestyle, but damnit people I have had meat with every meal for all 33 years of my life. EVERY meal, literally.
And then to see the definition which Sir Charles provided which takes fish out of the equation. I may have to draw the line there.
Let the record show, that I will occasinally dive into fish (my vegetarian friends out in Berkeley eat fish, so so will I)!
No issues thus far during the day. Weighed in at XXX.5, and slurped down a fat orange for breakfast. Lunch brought me a Caesar salad (homemade so healthier than store bought) with lowfat caesar dressing, and a few anchovies thrown on top. Yup, I had anchovies day one....sue me.
Dinner is the challenge...I'll keep you all posted.
Not feeling any skinnier yet, and damn it is there a Wendy's commercial on every five minutes in this country. Thank God there is no meat in Miller Lite or Makers Mark or else I would quit on the spot.

Impressive start on your diet. I hope your have better luck with your diet than your spelling. That said, where are we all heading out to watch the Pittsburgh/San Diego game?
